All items with an *asterisk* were due back to the school office by JUNE 15; Registration and financial aid are to be done online by June 15; Medical forms by JULY 15. Please don’t delay. We need to pass along bus information by June 30, and enter other data into the school database in time to distribute it appropriately before school opens.
Forms not received in time for processing will delay student participation after school opening.
Anything from the following list except the FAMILY INFORMATION UPDATE FORM can be downloaded simply by clicking on the link. Hard copies are available from the school office during summer hours. If you need another copy of the FAMILY INFORMATION UPDATE FORM, please contact the School Secretary. These are generated on an individual basis.

TUITION and FINANCIAL AID
While preparing for the 2010-2011 school year, Bryn Athyn Church School is making plans for increasing efficiency in the business office. After careful research, BACS has partnered with FACTS Management Company to help manage our tuition payment and financial aid assessment programs.
With FACTS, Bryn Athyn Church School maintains decision-making control. As always we will continue to work with families should special circumstances or hardship arise. We are confident that working with FACTS will offer greater efficiency and financial stability for BACS.
Student Registration and Tuition Information
To register your student(s) at BACS you will need to use the FACTS Management Company online registration form for BACS, found at this link::

- New This Year, Automatic Payments – we are asking that payments be made from a bank account or from a variety of credit cards
- Payment Date Flexibility – you may choose the 1st, 5th, 15th or 20th of each month July through May
- Convenience & Security – along with multiple payment plan options, your payments are processed securely through a bank to bank transaction; you may elect to receive e-mail payment reminders before payment is due
- Web-based interface for account viewing
Financial Aid Information
To apply for financial aid, go to https://www.factstuitionaid.com/facts/gaindex complete the application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS by June 15, 2010 in order to receive priority consideration.
The following documentation is required for FACTS to process an application for financial aid:
- Signed and completed paper application or completed online application
- Copies of your 2009 tax return including all schedules
- Copies of 2009 W-2 forms for both applicant and spouse
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation and TANF
- Payment of $25 application fee (This fee is being paid by the Bryn Athyn Church School.)
